We often underestimate the issues miscommunication can have in our day to day interactions, especially in the workplace. It is a difficult balancing act between both leaders and employees to create and share in an environment in which everyone feels heard and respected. This difficulty is precisely how my guest Talia Dashow was able to create her career and position within it.

You may be skeptical to the idea of using what is essentially a children’s toy to ease difficult and adult issues, however I would urge you to open your mind when it comes to this. With less than one third of the American workforce fully engaged at work, the kind of workplace environment you are creating or taking part in is an important aspect to contemplate.
