Everyone experiences a series of ups and downs in their
lifetime. It is how we handle the situations we are put in that
propels us forward or keeps us behind. There are people, for
example, who are lucky enough to learn how to overcome the
obstacles put in their way and use their experiences to help
others. These people are those who go the distance. This is the
case with my guest this week, Rukshana Triem.
Rukshana lived as a refugee, dealt with sexual abuse, went through
a divorce, had depression and still came out on top. This is a
testament to her strength. Not only that but she now uses her new
found skills to help motivate other women to overcome their pasts.
That's a testament to her character.
If you want to learn how to overcome the skeletons in your past and
finally allow yourself to succeed, listen to Rukshana's tips. She
uses nature, walks, and wisdom to help women remove their masks and
embrace their vulnerability.
